APEX 3101 believes that today's fraternity men are tomorrow's leaders. By developing the spiritual aspect of each fraternity man's life, we feel each individual will be more capable and qualified to be tomorrow's leader. We hope to be a resource in each fraternity man's spiritual development by providing books and audio tapes, hosting conferences and trips, and hosting on-campus events. Our annual events include white-water rafting trips, the Christmas Conferences, snow ski getaways, and the Greek Leadership Conferences.

We believe that true significance is founded upon a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. APEX 3101 believes this relationship is the foundation for today's leaders. By applying Biblical principles to leadership and life, we are capable of reaching the pinnacle of success. We believe the following four principles significantly impact our ability to develop both personally and as leaders. God is love and seeks to have a relationship with you. No one is born into a relationship with God. Jesus Christ's death provided the payment, which allows us to have a relationship with God. We must individually receive Christ as payment in order to begin our relationship with God.
